Prolog: #TLS "Aku tahu aku ini hanyalah monster dingin yg abadi.. Namun perlu di ingat.. Abadi tak selalu berarti selamanya"

   -chapter 1- #TLS kini hidup ku mulai membaik..caius perlahan kembali seperti dulu.. Dan kini aku dan caius telah mengadopsi 4 orang anak manusia.. @graceliawhite @RaniDuarsa @deaniraf dan @gndsfrz dan apakah kalian tau? Dibalik citra nya yg kejam..Ternyata @Caius_TSI bisa membuktikan bahwa ia pun bisa menjadi bapak yg baik, tiap malam ketika aku tengah berburu... Dia lah yg menjaga gee,rani,dea,dan grace di rumah.. Dan juga dia yang mengganti popok mereka.

    kehadiran anak2 manusia di dalam klan kami seolah membuat caius kembali mnjadi diri nya..pria baik yg menyenangkan dan perhatian.
 semua kembali seperti dulu.. kebahagian selalu menyelimuti volturi.. Tiap hari ada saja tingkah lucu dari gee,grace,rani dan dea,yg saat itu memang mereka (gee,grace,rani,dea) masih bayi... Mengasuh mereka memang menyenang kan.. Tapi...harus diakui bukan tanpa kesulitan..Terutama bagi @JaneVolturiLand yg harus mati-matian.. menahan aroma darah mereka yg begitu menggoda...meski merasa tersiksa, jane tetap berusaha ada bagi mereka.

        The Beginning of the Ending
"mom,dad... I can't sleep..would you accompany me?" Ujar rani yg tiba-tiba menghampiri aku dan caius di throne room. ya kini memang semua anak angkat ku telah tumbuh dewasa.... Dan hanya rani yg masih anak-anak.. Itulah yg membuat nya begitu manja. "oh my..sorry my dear..I'm a bit busy now" jwb caius sembari mncium kening rani,"let me do it.. I'll accompany rani" tawar ku,bgitu rani mendngar tawaran ku.. Senyum pun langsung mengembang di wajahnya.. Ia pun langsung menggandeng tangan ku & mengajak ku ke kmr nya. ia pun berbaring di kasur nya..kemudian aku duduk disisi nya.."Mommy, kok mommy nggak menua ?" Tanya nya penasaran. aku pun hanya termenung membisu... Entah apa yg harus aku katakan pada nya,"mom? Kok diem aja?" Tanya rani pada ku...belum sempat ku jawab pertanyaan nya... Tiba2 gee dan grace datang ke kamar rani,"we're home mom!!"Seru mrka brdua sambil memeluk ku.."Lha? Mana dea?" Tanya ku pada gee dan grace.."Dea di ruang kerja daddy mom.

 *skip* malam pun tiba..*brak!!* pintu throne room terbuka,Ternyata yg datang adalah irina denali.."Apa mau mu?" Tnya Caius tnpa menyapa. "@NessieCullen_SB dia di imprint oleh werewolf" ujar irina gugup,"jangan berbohong!" Bentak caius tak percaya. "Caius,calm down.. Let me check it first" ujar aro yg berusaha meredam amarah caius yg tiba-tiba meroket, Caius pun hanya mengangguk dengan tetap menatap tajam pada irina,"apa ada yg salah?" Tanya ku seraya menghampiri caius. *caius tersenyum padaku* "ehh...tidak ada yg salah sayang..everything is fine". Aku tahu sebenarnya caius menutupi sesuatu dari ku, "kau yakin?" Tanya ku curiga,"iya" jawab caius dengan sedikit gugup..kemudian aku pun meninggal kan throne room.. Dengan sejuta tanya.
    "CULLENS LAGI! THE TROUBLE MAKER! EVERYBODY LET'S PREPARE TO FIGHT AGAINTS THE CULLENS TOMORROW!" Teriak caius tak tertahan. aku pun terkejut mendengar ucapan caius...grace..ia begitu terkejut sehingga ia menghampiri caius,"daddy ada apa ini?", caius tak menjawab pertanyaan grace..ia hanya menatap grace..."Daddy please no battle anymore" ujar grace yg langsung memeluk caius,kemudian dea pun menghampiri caius dan berkata "apakah nggak ada jalan lain selain battle dad? Kita nggak mau kehilangan daddy"."there's no other way... I promise both of you..won't lose me in this battle ok?" Ujar caius yg berusaha menenangkan dea dan grace, "no daddy no!! Don't do a battle anymore!"Ujar gee yg langsung memeluk caius sembari berurai air mata,"sorry my dearest daughters..I have to do a battle..sorry" ujar caius pada gee,grace dan dea.
   "athens..." Ujar Caius sembari menghampiri ku.."Kau akan pergi ke medan tempur esok?" Tanya ku dengan nada tak rela,"ya aku akan pergi meski kau melarang" jawab caius dengan nada lembut, "tapi...aku..." Belum selesai kalimat ku terucap... Caius memotong kalimat ku..dan meletakan jari nya di bibir ku.."Aku bersumpah kau takkan kehilangan ku" ujar nya,kemudian aku pun menghambur kepelukan nya,"tapi izinkan aku ikut bersama mu" ujar ku pada nya.. Caius hanya terdiam seolah tak tau bagaimana cara menjawab keinginan ku,seluruh guard pun seolah tak percaya akan apa yg baru saja aku ucapkan. "tapi bagaimana dengan anak2?" Ujar caius yg terlihat tak ingin aku ikut ke battle field "kita bwa saja mreka" ujar ku dengan enteng. "iya dad! Aku sama kak dea,kak gee,dan kak grace diajak aja..." ujar rani yg baru bangun dari tidur nya."memang kamu tau daddy mu mau kemana?" Tanya aro yg kala itu berdiri tepat disebelah rani sambil tersenyum lembut,"nggak tau om..aku cuma pengen ikut aja" jawab rani dengan polos..mendengar jawaban rani @JaneVolturiLand pun tertawa kecil. "ya dad..Please.." rayu gee,"we just wanna be with you all the time" timpal dea.."STOP! ALRIGHT! All of you get my permission to go to battle field with me..ok? Is that clear huh?" Ujar caius yg terlihat kesal dan langsung beranjak pergi.
      semalaman caius habiskan untuk mempersiapkan para guard nya untuk battle kedua melawan cullens. "master,bagaimana jika the cullens membawa kawanan serigala itu lagi?" Tanya @JaneVolturiLand dengan nada khawatir,"semoga tidak"jawab Caius.
    *skip* hari ini... Salju bertumpuk di tanah forks.. Dan saat itulah Volturi mengijakan kaki kesana."Seperti nya cullens sedang sial kali ini" ujar aro dengan nada sinis sembari memandangi rumah the cullens, tanpa basa basi lagi... Felix pun mendobrak pintu rumah the cullens.."Ulalala whatta sweet home"seru aro bgitu memasuki rmh cullens. "I didn't see you in my vision!!" Seru alice yg terkejut melihat kedatangan volturi. "What do you want!" Bentak jasper pada aro. Aro pun hanya tersenyum sadis, "I want @NessieCullen_SB death! Cause she broke the law!" Ujar caius dengan keji,"What she's just done?" Tanya kate denali yg kebetulan tengah berkunjung ke kediaman cullen,"she's imprinted by werewolf and now she will marry him..that's totally intolerant crime!" Jelas caius dengan nada tinggi. "But imprint is uncontrolable" seru jacob dan kawanan nya yg juga tengah berkunjung ke kediaman cullen."Shut up you cute wolf!"Ketus alec, "hahaha you must be scared that your precious @NessieCullen_SB will be die in our hand right?" Ujar aro dengan menatap keji pada pada jacob, "sudah lah.. Jangan bertikai disini.. Aku tak ingin rumah seindah ini hancur karena pertengkaran ini" ucap marcus.
   lalu mereka semua keluar dan menuju tanah lapang berlapis salju...persis sama seperti di battle mereka sebelum nya
 Alec tak ingin kecolongan lagi..Ia lgsung menyebarkan asap nya ke kwanan serigala, karena ia tau cullens with no wolf are nothing wal hasil, kawanan serigala jacob pun lumpuh seketika... Kate yg emosi langsung maju dan hendak menyerang caius,Athenodora pun langsung mengahalangi nya... Ia teringat saat2 kematian caius di vision alice.."ATHENNNS!!!" Seru caius,dan...*ZZZZRRRRRTTT!!!* athenodora pun terkena sengatan listrik kate..hingga terkapar tak berdaya @JaneVolturiLand langsung bertindak,"PAIN!!" Seru nya,dan aneh nya perisai yg dimiliki bella mengalami disfungsi!! Walhasil cullens and denalis harus mrasakan sakit luar biasa yg di hasil kan oleh pain illussion.."M-mommy! Y-your shield!! U-use it!!" Ujar @NessieCullen_SB sembari menahan sakit yg teramat sangat. Di sisi lain volturi pun heran mengapa bella seolah kehilangan ability nya,"athens!" Panggil caius seraya mengahampiri athens yg terkapar di atas salju. "MOM!!!" Jerit histeris grace,rani,dea,gee. Athenodora sama sekali tak membuka mata nya. caius pun terduduk lesu sembari mendekap athenodora.."Kate you must pay for this!!!" Seru nya.. Battle pu dimulai!
            
                   The True Battle
     Volturi pun mulai menyerang kubu the cullens.. seketika itu juga seluruh kubu the cullens kehilangan seuruh ability nya. "magnifico!" Seru aro begitu melihat cullens lari tunggang langgang dari kejaran para volturi guard,"how it can be master?"Tanya Demetri yang terlihat begitu takjub. "Aku rasa mereka yang membuat semua ini terjadi" jawab aro sembari menunjuk,Gee,Grace,Dea,dan Rani. "Tapi mereka human... Bagaimana bisa?" Tanya heidi yang sulit untuk percaya. "Bakat mereka sangat kuat sehingga tanpa mereka diubah pun.. Bakat mereka bisa jelas terlihat..lihatlah.. rani,dia yang menghancurkan perisai bella, Gee..dia menghipnotis the denali dan melumpuhkah nya, Dea...dia membutakan para werewolf dan tentu nya edward dan putri nya... Grace,dia melucuti semua ability mereka... Dan kita kini tak terkalah rkan hahaha" jelas aro dengan senyum yang mengembang.
    "Athens...Wake up!!..how I can survive without you?!" Ujar caius sembari mendekap erat tubuh athenodora. "That's it!" Seru Caius yang langsung berlari mengejar kate. *BRRRRAAAKK!!* Caius pun membanting kate dan kemudian mencekik nya. "You never know how its feel when you lose your true love!!!" Bentak Caius. Lantas Pria Blonde itu pun memutuskan kepala kate. Tiba-tiba bella langsung Mencekik nya dari belakang,Tapi Caius berhasil membanting nya. Aro pun akhir nya turun ke medan perang ia langsung menyerang Edward "Ternyata penglihatan saudari mu terbalik" bisik aro dengan sadis nya,kemudian ia melempar edward keluar jauh dari Arena. *kreeek!* Tiba-tiba tanya mencekik leher caius,di bantu Garret yang bersiap memenggal nya,"Athens I love you" ujar caius yang tak mampu lagi melawan. Saat kalimat itu meluncur dari mulut caius, Athenodora langsung bangkit dan.... *Kreeek!* dia mematah kan leher tanya dan garret. *Grrrrrr!!* Paul menlolong dibelakang nya, cakar nya seakan telah disiapkan untuk membunuh Athenodora. "Athens... Run.." Ujar Caius sembari menarik Athenodora kebelakang tubuh nya. "You run! Not me!" Seru Athenodora yang langsung berlari dan menyerang paul,Athens pun diterkam habis-habisan oleh paul,hingga akhir nya keadaan berbalik, dan Paul pun mati ditangan nya. "ENOUUUUUGHHH!!!!!!!!" Teriak anak-anak angkat Caius yang langsung menggema memecah angkasa. Semua terdiam..hingga secara mengagetkan Sam Menerkam Athenodora tanpa ampun di tengah-tengah battle field yang mendadak hening,Caius dan volturian yang lain berusaha menolong begitu pula jane dan alec... Tapi semua terlambat sudah.. Athenodora tewas.. Seluruh volturi pun berduka... "Kalian Pantas mati!" Seru jane yang tidak terima akan kenyataan "PAIN!!!!!!!" Dan seluruh kubu the cullens pun tenggelam dalam rasa sakit yang teramat sangat, hingga.... Embry dan Bella pun tewas. Battle berakhir... Volturi tak berkata apapun... Mereka langsung pergi berlalu bak angin di musim gugur.

         Loving you for LosingYou "ATHENAAAA!!!!" Jerit Caius tak ter tahan, di ikuti isak tangis Gee,Grace,Rani,dan Dea. "Mommy!! Wake up!! Wake up!!" Seru anak - anak itu sembari menggenggam erat tangan athenodora. "Aku rasa ini untukmu..." Ujar Aro dengan pelan sembari memberi kan surat yang ia ambil dari kamar Athenodora,Caius pun membuka surat itu..."My dear Caius..Aku tahu semua ini akan menimpa ku, tapi aku tak peduli apa jadi nya kini... Aku tak ingin kehilangan mu.. Aku ingin terus berada disisi mu...meski aku tahu,saat kau baca surat ini...pasti aku telah pergi dan tak kembali, Tak ada yang abadi.. Sekalipun itu kita..para vampire.. Tapi satu yang harus kamu tahu caius..Cinta ku pada mu tak akan pernah menemukan kata Akhir...cinta ku selalu abadi untuk mu... Meski raga beku ku ini tak seabadi cinta ku.. Aku mencintai mu lebih dari kehidupan immortal ku.. -Athenodora-". Caius pun seketika tenggelam dalam depressi yang membuat jutaan kenangan manis berkelebatan di kepala nya. "No you won't do this... ATHENAAAAAAAA!!" Jerit nya kini yang terdengar begitu mengiris hati..

Dan kini aku telah pergi..dengan cara yang begitu menyakitkan.. Namun aku tak akan menyesali apa yang telah aku lakukan.. Yang terpenting adalah.. Aku telah menyelamat kan Cinta Sejati ku dari maut... Meski kini aku yang harus menanggung maut sendiri... Sepi.. Dan tak akan pernah kembali... Aku mencintai mu Caius.

Aro is one of the three leaders of the Volturi - the dominant coven of the vampire world. He is widely accepted as the overall leader of the Volturi, and possesses the gift of tactile telepathy, the supernatural talent to read all the thoughts and memories a person has ever had with a single touch. He is the husband of Sulpicia and the brother ofDidyme. He uses Chelsea to change the loyalties of the vampires whom he wants to join the Volturi and secure his power status.

Aro was born in Greece in the 1300s B.C. He was transformed into a vampire in his mid-twenties and joined forces with Marcus and later,Caius.

Approximately a decade after becoming a vampire, Aro changed his sister Didyme, in the hope that she would possess an ability related to his, as well as his future wife, Sulpicia. However, Didyme was blessed with an ability not as useful to him; the power to make people happy. Aro's colleague Marcus fell in love with her, and she with him. However, Marcus and Didyme eventually became discontent. In order to prevent their leaving the Volturi, Aro killed Didyme: Marcus was too integral to his plans to lose. Aro had Chelsea use her ability to ensure Marcus remained loyal to the Volturi, and Marcus never found out the truth.

By 500 AD, the Volturi had usurped control of the vampire world from theRomanian Coven. Along with Marcus and Caius, Aro ruled the Volturi, although he generally acted as its spokesperson. The Volturi, under the three ancients' leadership, set down the laws of the vampire world and punished those who did not follow them, as it posed the threat of discovery of Vampire world.

By the comment Carlisle Cullen made in Breaking Dawn about the necklace which Bella received from Aro, it can be assumed that he is in the habit of collecting items from different eras.

Carlisle Cullen came to live with the Volturi for some time and became close friends with Aro. However, Aro was alarmed at Carlisle's preference of "vegetarianism" and believed that this would only weaken him over time. Carlisle eventually left to find other vampires like himself. Aro became heartened when he saw Carlisle did not weaken over time as he had believed originally and, although he did not share them, Aro respected his friend's ways

Personality

Aro normally carries himself in a cheery disposition and has shown to be polite to the point of being at complete ease even in the most objectionable of situations. Beneath this facade of optimistic giddiness, he is power-hungry, smart with his actions and highly manipulative. He finds Bella Swan's immunity to mental powers, including Jane's "painful" power, intriguing. Though he has never wanted anything more than Alice's power, after Bella becomes avampire, he twice invites her to join the Volturi Guard, which she refuses both times. This upsets and surprises Aro, but does not infuriate him.

He exerts control over the world of vampires, and plotted against the opposing covens. Aro made other vampires realize that it was necessary for them to live in the shadows among humans, and overtime turn their species into legends and myths instead of actual facts. To further continue this plan, he and his companions created their own vampires and taught them the laws before letting them loose. He believes, possibly correctly, that the Volturi is necessary for the survival of the vampire species, with its bylaws that hold secrecy of the existence of vampires to the utmost importance. Due to humanity's continuously advancing technological prowess to the point where there are already weapons in existence that can kill vampires, he speculates that it is only a matter of time before they create more devastating constructs that may be able to wipe out the entirety of vampire-kind on Earth.

He holds power over everything and is willing to go to any length to secure his status, even if it means killing, as it happened with his sister, Didyme, to keep Marcus in the Volturi. As he states in New Moon, he sees himself and his kind as soulless monsters. This is one of the reasons he is so intrigued and touched by Carlisle, being the first vampire who is not, which gives him hope.

He has shown himself to be an avid collector of many fine things, including vampires with powerful talents; if and when he finds a vampire with a special ability he sees as useful, he would attempt to recruit that vampire into the Volturi guard. Aro has shown to be relentless in attempting to recruit powerful vampires; even after a vampire would refuse his offer, he would still continue to invite that vampire, as demonstrated in his numerous attempts to get Edward and Alice as well as Bella to join the Volturi. He wouldn't invite all gifted vampires though; he only brings a vampire into his guard if that vampire shows a gift that will secure his power. If an individual possesses a gift stronger than the one he already has, he will reorganize the guard and have the member replaced.

Aro also possesses immense leadership and organizing skills, having amassed a powerful organization with formidable powers, and has also assigned the members with the right positions for the benefit of the coven (i.e. placing Chelsea as the core of the Volturi, while Corin as enticement to both her and the leaders' wives).

Aro is very childlike in manner, although he is deliberate and patient by nature, he can be impatient and immature at times. He is also the most curious of the Volturi and is also the one with the most zeal. The Volturi do abuse their power, but when it boils down, Aro is afraid to lose that power and will do whatever it takes to protect it. He is akin to a frightened child and does not feel safe without his guard. Aro is not an entirely cruel person and, unlike Caius, will avoid a fight or killing if possible.

Stephenie Meyer, when supervising the production of New Moon, told the director Chris Weitz, and Michael Sheenthat she intended for Aro to seem a bit insane, quoting:

"After three thousand years, you start to go nuts. That is what was intended for Aro in the book, and I hope it's in the movie."

Relationships

Aro was the brother of Didyme, and is married to Sulpicia. He supposedly shares his status of "king" of the vampire world with Caius and Marcus, though he is in reality, the true leader of the Volturi. Due to Chelsea's binding powers, the guard have a slave-like adoration and devotion to Aro, whom they affectionately call, "Master".

Sulpicia

Sulpicia is Aro's wife. He had decided to choose a human and create a mate rather than look for his match in another vampire, since he feared that such a relationship would complicate his plans. He had a certain type of woman in mind and found what he looked for in Sulpicia. He courted her successfully and made her agree to become a vampire and become his wife. They remain totally loyal, devoted to and in love with each other. Aro values her life more than his talented guard members, as he always makes sure that she is closely protected, even in Volterra.

Didyme

Didyme was Aro's younger sister. She was very loyal to him. After living a decade and a half as a vampire, Aro changed Didyme in hopes of her having a beneficial ability like his. Instead Didyme had the power to make those around her happy which made everyone eventually come to love her. Along with them was Marcus, one of Aro's most trusted companions. Didyme also fell in love with Marcus after her wild newborn years.

Overtime they planned to leave the Volturi and travel the world. Because of his gift, Aro was aware of these plans. He was angered by their decision, but he pretended to allow it. However, once he saw an opportunity, to keep Marcus in the Volturi, he murdered Didyme because Marcus' power was more valuable for his cause than his sister's ability. Using Chelsea's power, Marcus is subsequently bound to the Volturi.

Despite his actions, Aro loved his sister as she loved him and he felt guilty for killing her.

Marcus

Aro's brother-in-law: Marcus.

Marcus is Aro's brother-in-law, and co-leader of the Volturi. Aro met Marcus soon after his transformation and they joined forces. Years later, they were joined by Caius and they formed the Volturi.

Marcus later fell in love with and married his sister, Didyme, centuries ago. When they grew bored of the Volturi's lifestyle, they decided to leave and Aro pretended to give them his blessing, but later killed Didyme to keep Marcus in the Volturi. Marcus lost interest in the coven, but Aro had Chelsea use her power to tie Marcus to him. Marcus became completely apathetic because of this, though Aro hoped Corin could help Marcus recover to some degree, Marcus repeatedly refused. To this day Marcus still doesn't know Aro was the one who killed Didyme.

The reason for his action is based on his desire to keep Marcus' power in order to find out the emotional ties that their enemies share with one another and then find a way to use it against them.

CaiusEdit

Aro's coven mate: Caius.

Caius is a leader of the Volturi, leading the coven alongside Marcus and Aro. They met after Aro joined forces with Marcus. Though Caius had no psychic talent, Aro saw great potential in him. He was drawn to Caius' ambitions and capacity to hate. The two of them, along with Marcus, formed the Volturi.

Caius has a type of business-like relationship with Aro. He supposedly works with Aro and Marcus to keep order in the vampire world, but in reality Caius spends his time carrying out the punitive missions of the Volturi's rule while Aro handles every other aspect of the Volturi's rule. He also feeds with them.

There are times when he finds Aro's decisions absurd, but does nothing to disobey him. This obedience comes from Chelsea's power to manipulate relationships. Aro was aware Caius wouldn't have been quite as satisfied with Aro's decisions, hence he made sure Chelsea kept him tied to the coven.

Chelsea

Chelsea is Aro's most valued member of the Volturi guard, because her ability is the glue that keeps their coven organized and stable. Whenever Aro is interested in adding a vampire into his coven, he would have Chelsea use her power to make the vampire join them willingly and break any ties that bound him to someone else, except for lovers.

He found her and created her at the Volturi's most troubled time because Marcus had grown suicidal by Didyme's death. Chelsea has managed to keep Marcus loyal to the Volturi, but not free him from his pain.

Because of her ability, Chelsea and Aro share a bond no other guard shares with him. Chelsea often receives what she wants from Aro, for example her less-talented mate, Afton is kept within the Guard and she wears the pure black robe of the leaders and wives. However, Aro has also been using Corin's power to keep Chelsea from leaving the coven.

Jane and Alec

Jane and Alec are one of Aro's best discoveries to the Volturi.

He had been interested in the twins and their special powers ever since they were very young. Aro received word of them through the thoughts of a visiting nomad. He visited Alec and Jane and their psychic talents were already quite pronounced though they were toddlers at the time. Having already prohibited the creation of immortal children, he decided to delay their transformation until they were older and left them in the care of their parents.

However, Jane and Alec's powers caused so much tension in their village that the superstitious villagers decided they were too scary. They were accused as witches and were condemned to be burned at the stake when they were around 12 years old. Aro received the news and immediately rushed to save them. He arrived just in time to save them and transformed them on the spot, and then slaughtered the entire village.

After they became vampires, their offensive gifts made the Volturi untouchable, which subsequently made Aro quite fond of them, and they remained loyal to him throughout the centuries.

Carlisle Cullen

Aro's friend: Carlisle Cullen.

Carlisle Cullen is the leader and founder of the Olympic coven. They first met in the 17th century when Carlisle traveled to Italy and met Aro's coven.

Aro values his friendship with Carlisle very much, and was concerned about his diet when Carlisle first entered his life. Carlisle is most likely Aro's only friend, and would not want anything to happen to him or his coven.

Even though Aro has desired members of the Cullens, he would not give up their friendship to have them join him.
